1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Night Bound services, including our website and Roblox game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Night Bound is a 24/7 Nightlife Roleplay experience on Roblox operated by Opcode Engine. Our services include:

  • Free-to-play game access with basic features
  • Premium memberships (VIP, BAR, Lead) with enhanced features
  • Donation system with in-game benefits

VIP Membership Features:

  • Custom Name
  • Running Text
  • VIP Area/Equipment Access
  • Private VC Room
  • Music Access
  • Action Kick/Slap abilities

BAR Membership Features:

  • Bar Access
  • Get Tips in Robux
  • Staff Room Access

3. Age Requirement

Night Bound is rated Restricted - Ages 18+ only. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The game contains:

  • Alcohol themes (Present)
  • Crude humor (Mild)
  • Fear (Occasional/Mild)
  • Romantic themes
  • Social Hangout with Private Spaces
  • Strong Language (Present)
  • Violence (Occasional/Mild)

4. Purchases and Payments

Memberships (VIP, BAR, Lead) can be purchased through the following methods:

  • Roblox Gamepass: Purchase directly in-game using Robux
  • Website (Midtrans): Purchase through our website using Indonesian payment methods

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Comply with Roblox Terms of Service for Gamepass purchases
  • Provide accurate payment information for Midtrans purchases
  • Accept that all sales are final (unless otherwise stated)
  • Understand that memberships are delivered to your Roblox account and are non-transferable

Refunds for Robux purchases are subject to Roblox's refund policy. Refunds for Midtrans purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis (see Refund Policy section).

5. Donations

Donations can be made through the following methods:

  • Roblox Gamepass: Donate using Robux through in-game donation gamepasses
  • Saweria: Donate using Indonesian payment methods

Donations provide in-game benefits within Night Bound. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any Roblox Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Use exploits, cheats, or unauthorized modifications
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Engage in any fraudulent activities
  • Share or distribute account access

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Night Bound services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Night Bound are owned by Opcode Engine and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Night Bound services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opcode Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Night Bound services.

11. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing delivery of purchased items
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Contact us through Discord for assistance.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.
